The Keough Founding Editors' Award
During my senior year at St. John Fisher University, my exceptional contribution to the excellence of the Cardinal Courier was recognized when I was awarded the Keough Founding Editors' Award.
My journey began as a photographer and staff writer, where I discovered my passion for capturing moments and telling stories. Through hard work and dedication, I quickly advanced to roles such as magazine page designer and managing editor. Demonstrating exceptional design and leadership skills, I earned promotions to the esteemed positions of editor-in-chief and design editor.
Leading the Cardinal Courier was a transformative experience for me. I had the privilege of guiding a talented team and witnessing their remarkable growth. Under my direction, the publication reached new heights of creativity and journalistic excellence. I am proud to say that our collective efforts made the Cardinal Courier an outstanding platform for authentic storytelling and engaging content.
Receiving this award is a testament to my unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional media experiences. I am deeply honored to have made a lasting impact on the Cardinal Courier and set an example for aspiring journalists and media professionals.
